| The rapid development of auto industry brings huge challenges to the auto partsmanufacturers. These enterprises need an urgent consider about how to reduce the cost, increase the competitiveness on the basis of good quality. These enterprises’ logistics combinetransportation, warehousing, packaging, distribution, product distribution process, loading andunloading, logistics information management into a whole system. The characteristic of morecomplex and technical than other industries makes it becoming the focus of enterprise costcontrolling gradually. As the basis of enterprise logistics design, the warehousing is thelongest stay of goods and where produce the most cost. Reasonable planning will beimperative. Based on the project The new factory planning of U auto parts enterprise inXi’an and BPS implementation, this paper analysis the process of the raw materialswarehouse storage area operation. Using the KanBan calculation formula flexibly and the realstatistics, combine other factories’ experience, this paper show a detailed calculation. The paper introduces the related theories at first, the Bullwhip Effect makes a high rawmaterials inventory, the improvement of Lean Production and BPS makes the parts ofwarehouse more systematic, supplier strategy implementation reflects continuousimprovement in the company. Under the support of these theories, combined with the rawmaterials warehouse supermarket procurement process, this paper states the supermarketcalculation logic by KanBan formula. Then, based on the actual data and table designing, itobtained forecasting area gradually. High rack storage region calculation takes an innovativeuse of RE/LO/WI/SA concept, updates the inventory days computing method for a goal of theaccurate calculation, and finally get the area in the future by real data. Supermarket and highrack position calculation is the basis of raw materials warehouse planning, elaboration shouldbe the key.The research has a wide range of theoretical and practical significance, providesreference for the warehouse planning of manufacturing enterprises. |
