After joining the WTO, the influx of foreign brands in China’s auto parts industry constitutes a serious impact. Facing the severe situation that automobile parts enterprises have to study the introduction of foreign advanced production technology. Lean production is created by the Japanese Toyota company, is now the most advanced manufacturing companies promoting into the way of production management and practice. Lean production is composed of just-in-time production and automation, the core is to reduce waste, high flexibility, high efficiency production system is set up.Absorption of lean production at home and abroad is presented in this paper, on the basis of relevant research results, summarized the origin and development of lean production methods are introduced, the basic theory. On this topic research background, research status at home and abroad research, the achievements and shortcomings in the realistic significance of the analysis in this paper. In comparison is the source of Japanese Toyota lean production and the introduction of advanced management and technology of China on the background of the similarities and differences, to find out China’s successful introduction of lean production to create breakthrough. Secondly, this article embarks from the case analysis, from the Chang Yu company site management present situation analysis of the application of lean production in Chang Yu company and improve. Chang Yu based on company’s actual situation, in order to production department to implement as a pilot, the integrated use of lean production and industrial engineering and other modern management tools, a series of improvements on production site. Nine aspects in this paper, through the modern management system to guide to change Chang Yu company to improve. Chang Yu company wants to out of trouble, must set out actually from oneself, according to the requirements of lean production, rapid change is not yet perfect production management mode, keep continuous improvement. From the establishment of the corporate culture at the same time, from top to bottom, constantly improve their level of lean management, operational efficiency and cost control, improve the enterprise response speed, make the lean production theory in the enterprise practice in China more reasonable. Finally in Chang Yu companies implementing lean production management are analyzed in this paper after the huge enterprise benefits obtained, this paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of the lean production in my company use. This article was to explore the specific implementation process of lean production in Chang Yu company analyze the importance of lean production in the enterprise to improve enterprise efficiency, and provide reference for Chinese enterprises to introduce advanced production technology. Hoping that through analysis and study of lean production, Chinese enterprises will improve production efficiency, fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees, improve the competitiveness in the international market, and provide more reference.
