On this topic research background, research status at home and abroad research, the achievements and shortcomings in the realistic significance of the analysis in this paper. In comparison is the source of Japanese Toyota lean production and the introduction of advanced management and technology of China on the background of the similarities and differences, to find out China’s successful introduction of lean production to create breakthrough. Secondly, this article embarks from the case analysis, from the Chang Yu company site management present situation analysis of the application of lean production in Chang Yu company and improve.
