The Research On Construction Mode Of The Smart City Of Jinan Western District

Urbanization, informationization and the globalization are regarded as three forcesreshaping the modern society in since the21st century. The development of informationtechnology promoted the global urbanization. In the rapid process of urbanization, theproblems of the crowded traffic, inefficient urban emergency system, and the environmenttesting system which is in urgent need of perfection arise at the historic moment. And theproblems that how to make the sustainable development of urban green health have becomevery urgent as well. Advanced information technology such as cloud computing and Internetof things have make "Smart City" become the new ideas and new practices of vision forpeople on the future urban development. Smart City construction is becoming an effectiveway to solve the problems arose in the process of urban development. By comparing theconstruction methods of the four wisdom cities both at home and abroad and summarizing theexisting problems of the wisdom portal applications which have been launched, this articlestudy and put forward the specific division of labor and interface of Chinese smart cityconstruction and the industrial chain; Combined with the practical work of the investigationon people’s livelihood which people really care about, this article draws the conclusion ofconstruction mode and application design of Jinan west areas. And this has an importantreference significance city to the long-term mechanism and the formation of the equilibriummodel of west Jinan smart city construction.The aim of this paper is to study and put forward Jinan west smart city constructionmode in accord with the actual situation based on the domestic and foreign constructionpattern analysis; This paper research and put forward the top level design application in smartcity and the application of specific industries by doing public small sample survey by visitingthe government and enterprises. The Jinan west smart city construction has a series ofproblems so far, for instance, the concept is not clear, the extension is unknown, somebusiness information is "isolated island", marginalized informatization of enterprise development, the lack of effective evaluation mechanism and the lack of Intelligent securitymeasures of urban development. In view of the above problems, we think that "government+service providers+content providers" is a more appropriate construction mode in accord withthe present situation of west Jinan smart city.Then this paper does detailed design anddiscusses several key areas concerning infrastructure, livelihood of the people andgovernment affairs under the general framework.
