This article from the perspective of risk conduction, more in-depthunderstanding of risk, in order to deal with risk in the process of construction better, ensuresmooth completion of project.This article selects whole life cycle of urban rail transit and different stakeholders of theproject as the main research object, research the risk transmission between them. Along thebasic concept of the urban rail transit project risk conduction, key transmission elements, thetransmission process, the transmission characteristics and mathematical description, riskmanagement strategy, an logic main line. Use the integrated of modern risk management theory,system theory, clustering analysis and probability loss model theory and methods, from theangle of risk transmission, makes a systemic research on the urban rail transit project riskmanagement.
