As the21st century China’s urbanization process is accelerated, the city scale expandsunceasingly, the population continues increasing, brings huge pressure to city traffic.The singlestructure of existing public transportation system,less per capita, cannot meet the increasingtraffic demand. Urban rail transit has become the ideal choice of the urban public transportationfor its environmental protectiong, safety, convenient features, is the fundamental way to solvecity traffic problems.With the development of the large-scale construction, many problems still exist in ourcountry orbit transportation construction management. the construction of urban rail transitproject, both the internal and external environment are in the dynamic change, and changes inthe environment and intensifying of system disorder degree make the project and projectstakeholders face great uncertainty, namely the increased risk. At present, risk management ofthe related research has been more comprehensive, but research of risk generation, transmissionand change is still little. This article from the perspective of risk conduction, more in-depthunderstanding of risk, in order to deal with risk in the process of construction better, ensuresmooth completion of project.This article selects whole life cycle of urban rail transit and different stakeholders of theproject as the main research object, research the risk transmission between them. Along thebasic concept of the urban rail transit project risk conduction, key transmission elements, thetransmission process, the transmission characteristics and mathematical description, riskmanagement strategy, an logic main line. Use the integrated of modern risk management theory,system theory, clustering analysis and probability loss model theory and methods, from theangle of risk transmission, makes a systemic research on the urban rail transit project riskmanagement. Specifically is through the study of risk conduction basic concept, theory,in-depth exploration the risk source, conduction path and the carrier, the transmission chain,transmission network, risk threshold, and reveals the research level of risk conduction andresearch steps, clear the dynamic risk conduction process; And on this basis to build the urbanrail transit project risk conduction model, make the research of risk is more than stay in thestage of qualitative, but better to use quantitative method to reveal the nature of risk conduction;on the basis of risk conduction model, to accurate evaluate the risk, and probes into the riskmanagement strategy based on risk conduction, make each stakeholders more effectively avoidrisk, but also to control the risk of the whole construction.To strengthen the research of risk conduction, helps to further understand and master the risk from the Angle of process for the entire project as well as various stakeholders affect thewhole dynamic process and its regularity, so as to better control and manage project risks.Theresearch has important theoretical significance and practical value.
