Study On Risk Assessment Of Subway Rail Transit Project In Wuxi City

Urban rail transit has become one of the most important transportation ways in cities owing to large freight volume, low energy consumption, light pollution and high safety reliability. The project of urban rail transit, which has a larger scale, a higher investment, a longer cycle and higher construction complexity, is always a process with high risks and will cause huge losses if not well managed. Therefore, it will be pretty important to identify, evaluate and control risks in the construction process.Based on the characteristics of risk management on urban rail transit project, this paper analyzed risk factors of Wuxi Metro Line 2 and built an index system for the evaluation of risks. Further more, a comprehensive evaluation model of risks was put forward based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy theory in order to provide technical support for urgent evaluation. Finally, this paper evaluated the risk conditions of Wuxi Metro Line 2 and put forward some risk strategies.
