Company T As a newly established company,its business included producing wirerope testing equipment and manufacture of high-tech private enterprises. In the high-speed development period, because of the company benefits increases, companieshave been expanding, but with the increase in the number of employees,corporategovernance mechanism, distribution of benefits gradually emerged a series ofcontradictions and problems, and ultimately led to the company contradictory, then ithas been disintegrated.In this paper, I set company T as the research platform, carefully collecting andcollating relevant information of the enterprise,and make communication with part ofcorporate managers and staffs, get the basic situation of the organization, equity firms,corporate governance, funding and distribution of benefits,to express the existingactual situation of enterprises. Through the scientific method to analyze company T, Ihope to sum up the corporate existence of contradictions and problems.For company T’s organizational structure and management problems, with advancedmanagement theory as a guide, the use of contract theory, the concept of propertyrights theory and corporate governance, drawing on the successful experience ofdomestic family business, and in full consideration of the feasibility of the premise, iproposed to make the corresponding response options.In this paper, the above steps, eventually making the family business related tocorporate governance, organizational structure optimization of exploration programsand make a good corporate organizational structure system for the future developmentof other companies.
