In this paper, the distribution of benefits of logistics alliance as the main research on s mall and medium enterprises logistics alliance classification and operation mode, distr ibution of interests theory and game theory were collected and described, to clarify th e characteristics of the small and medium enterprises logistics alliance and the formati on mechanism, and based on the basic theory of the logistics alliance, the logistics alli ance, and environment members of the alliance partner alliance model and analysis of game theory, through the construction of small and medium-sized enterprise logistics alliance profit distribution model, using empirical benefit allocation optimal allocation in the coalition partners.
