Communication is an effective modern management tool for coordination inmanagement practices throughout the entire process,and the core of enterprisemanagement is the manager, and communication is essential, it helps company toachieve enhanced cohesion and leadership functions, playing an important role as abridge.Ever since the‘reform and open-up’policy,the small private enterprisesdeveloped rapidly and become an important force for economic development insouthern Fujian.The small and medium-sized private enterprises of Minnan mosttake the family management,operation and management level of nepotism.Thismanagement model has a competitive advantage at a particular stage of developmentfor the enterprises, but there are also many drawbacks.Improving and innovatingmanagement mode of communication is an important way to solve the obstacles tothe development of the small private enterprises,and also to promote thedevelopment of private economy in southern Fujian.If the small private enterpriseswant to build internal harmony, companies must overcome the negative impact offamily culture and their own small scale, and establish a focus on managementcommunication management philosophy.In this paper, we elaborate the definition,connotation and function of the corporate culture by learning the theory ofcommunication;Meanwhile,we described corporate communications definition,function and method were in detail,to show that communication plays an importantrole in the enterprise culture and the role in enterprise development. the role inenterprise development.Setting Guangshun Company as an example to analyze aboutthe present situationexisting problems of minnan region private enterprisemanagement communication in the essay,including the lack of communicationsystem,communication method of the single,low level of employees thought and thelack of standardization system and so on.On the basis of before analysis,we designa communication system for small private enterprises and put forward such asshaping enterprise culture,diversifying communication methods,improving themanagement value,strengthening staff communication skills training to eliminate small private enterprise management countermeasures and disorders.
