small and medium-sized enterprises played a major role to the growth of the national economy, small and medium-sized private IT enterprises because of its high technical content, innovation ability have become China's future economic development the main strength. To IT enterprises, knowledge employee is his core competitiveness. However, it has the serious problem of Brain drain. Therefore, how to stabilize and avoid the loss of the knowledge employee is an important issue to the current small and medium IT enterprises in China.This article mainly discusses how to stabilize staff and avoid technical employee turnover in small and medium-sized private IT enterprise. First of all, we will analysis the theoretical of employee turnover, and the characteristics of Talent and talent flow in small and medium-sized private IT enterprises. Summary the key factors of employee turnover. Then, we will suggestion enterprises to making scientific recruitment system, building the reasonable salary system, perfecting training mechanism, shaping corporate culture and occupation career management to reduce the employee turnover. Finally, we will do some empirical study by means of questionnaire, interview and case analysis of A company. The study will from the personnel structure, the situation of brain drain, and through satisfaction surveys and turnover analysis for A company to find the main reasons of employee turnover, and put forward the corresponding measures.
