As the further development of China’s market economy, public pay more attention to brain drain in enterprises especially the state-owne denterprises. Abundant brain drain blocks the Small and medium-sized private enterprises’continuable development, and it has become to a sixty-four-dollar question of existence and development of Small and medium-sized private enterprises. How to face and control brain drain in Small and medium-sized private enterprises and stabilize talents group has become to the main problem that human resource management in Small and medium-sized private enterprises is facing to.The brain drain of the small and medium-sized private enterprises in general covers the entire management area, has great research value.This article based on domestic and foreign researchers on brain drain, deeply researched the cause of brain drain in small and medium-sized private enterprises. At first, the talent, the concept of brain drain is defined summarizes the characteristics of small and medium-sized private enterprises and widespread management problems, Followed by the status of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the brain drain, the loss of the whereabouts of the loss factors were analyzed, identified the talent to produce the loss of the main factors affecting intention, then further analysis of the negative impact of brain drain to society, enterprises and mobile individuals. The analysis showed that:small and medium-sized private enterprises, personnel salary, promotion opportunities, internal communications, boss, benefits, satisfaction and turnover intention was significantly negatively correlated, while the other job satisfaction factors on brain drain, the intention to influence relatively small. Then, on the basis of qualitative analysis, the corresponding proposed countermeasures to solve small and medium-sized private enterprises in the brain drain problem:planning the implementation of long-term development strategy, establish a scientific and rational employment mechanism and improve the incentive system, the establishment of the brain drain, the early warning mechanism.Finally the introduction of practical case specific analysis of the brain drain, and propose targeted solutions.
