Shishi, the famous production and distribution place of China, is made upbecause of cloth. In2002, it was firstly dub as Famous Leisure Clothing City ofChina by China Textile Industry Association and China Fashion Association, forminga line, cluster advantages being obvious, which makes garment processing productionas a core, including spinning, textile, textile machinery, bleaching and dyeing,garment processing, materials production, design and development, marketing, andcomplete chain of other areas of textile and garment industry. At the end of2010,China’s Top Ten Clothing Wholesale Market-Shishi Clothing City invested by theShishi government realized the integration of the original shishi clothing market,which has achieved basely prosperity, while existing the problem of how to last theprosperity development and further promote the goal of textile industrial upgrading.As a consequence, the development strategy becomes the top priority of thedevelopment of Shishi Clothing City.This paper firstly studies the present situation of Shishi and the national textileclothing market, the present situation of Chinese clothing electronic commercedevelopment and the development trends of clothing market henceforth. Then itanalyses and discusses Shishi Clothing City in many aspects, such as Internal andexternal business environment, business strategy and strategic implementation ofsecurity, etc. Comprehensive using the enterprise strategy management, such as PEST,SWOT analysis method, this paper thinks about the setting of Strategic goal, overalldevelopment strategy analysis and selection, competitive strategy analysis andselection, etc. Meanwhile, according to the project development steps of ShishiClothing City, it puts forward respectively short-term, medium-term and long-termgoals. In order to ensure the realization of these goals, at the same time probe into theimplementation and guarantee of the strategy, this paper comes up with theimplementation and safeguard measures from multiple aspects. For instants, Subjects of management, organization structure, talent introduction, association construction,and peripheral.This article divides into seven chapters. Introduction is mainly about the researchbackground, purpose, significance and research contents and methods. TheoryOutline primarily adduces the concept of combat readiness and major analysis tools.External Environmental Analysis analyses according to the domestic textile clothingmarket environment and the shishi textile clothing market environment, meanwhilethe network shopping and entity shop business environment at present. InternalEnvironment Analysis mainly analyses according to the project of Shishi ClothingCity itself. Business Strategy Repositioning of Shishi Clothing City is primarilyformed by SWOT analysis and related data, developing the strategic goal and overalldevelopment strategy of Shishi Clothing City. The last but not the least, it is about theStrategy Implementation and Guarantee of Shishi Clothing City.
