Research On Coordination And Demonstration For Supply Chain Finance

Supply chain finance came with the development of market and logistics, itis the important subject for us under internet finance services condition.Along with the third logistics’ developing and internet finance arising, supplychain finance has a good opportunity to be expanded. In this case, introducingthe third logistics cooperation, especially the core corporate in the logisticsindustry, into supply chain finance system, and it is more and more importantfor us to make a study on achieving coordination of supply chain finance. Sothe paper tried to analyze the coordination of supply chain finance and make ademonstration, to discuss the feasibility of supply chain finance.The article discussed the theory of the relationship among supply chainfinance subjects, and analyzed profits of the subjects, to find the junction ofstudies. In the supply chain finance, the third logistics agented fundrequirement of small and medium businesses, joined with financialinstitutions to establish the coordination model of supply chain finance,supposed that the market had sufficient conditions, based on service-facedagent to analyse the correlation between profits of third logistics enterprisesand profits of banks in the supply chain finance, and based on the assumethat the short period funds requirement of small and medium businesses wassatisfied by guarantee goods, achieved a mathematical formula ofcoordination that the third logistics businesses cooperated with banks in thesupply chain finance, and a platform could be built based on it. At the end, thepaper made a demonstration based on VAR model drawing the third logisticsbusinesses into supply chain finance, proved that the profits of third logisticsbusinesses were influenced by short period loans of bank, in the supply chain,the third logistics enterprises serviced others businesses, and made moreprofits. Based on the conclusion, the paper offered proposals to establish agent of allsubject in supply chain finance, and indicated the direction to research further, andaffered reference to make a hope that the coordination of supply chain finance would be given in detail.
