Besides, wecan use ABC analysis methods to classify settlement of claims problem. Wehave to realize the main problem of claimants and strengthen to build therelationship with CRM customers. Besides this, we need to perfectself-development, and adapt the new method of settlement of claims. It willmake the PICC be way ahead in the insurance industry.
