With the increasing competition in the telecommunications industry,the networkquality has become the key factor influencing the telecommunication enterprises. Atpresent, the management of employee relation in networks department of Quanzhoumobile communication company, having plenty of problems has become one of themost core problems during developing. how to get through its problem is important.This paper researches on the management of employee relation in networksdepartment of Quanzhou mobile communication company and has summarizedcharacteristics and problems of the management of employee relation in networksdepartment of Quanzhou mobile communication company., and has put forward thecountermeasures to solve the problem of employee relationship management system.The article is divided into seven parts. The first part is Introduction. The meaningof this background, study, methods, content of this paper are briefly introduced; Thesecond part studies the theories. On the basis of synthesizing the foreign anddomestic research results, this article describes synthetically the intension and thedevelopment of theory of employee relation management which establishes thetheoretical foundation and defines the scope of this research. The third part to thefifth part put forward the question. this article analyzes the characteristics,existingproblems and the reasons of employee relation management in networks departmentof Quanzhou mobile communication company. The sixth part solves the problem.This paper puts forward the Countermeasures to solve the problem of employeerelationship management system in networks department of Quanzhou mobilecommunication company from four aspects:the basis of employee relationshipmanagement,key issues of employee relationship management,employeerelationgship management attention and the expansion of employee relationshipmanagement. The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.
