As the growth of the enterprise’scale and the increasing of the order forms, staffsin the same company are flowing frequently.Which becomes one of the contradictionsin private enterprise.The high rate has great influence on private enterprise.Thisarticle will take Fujian Shishi Fusheng shoes industry Co.,Ltd. for example,and makedate analysis about talent losing situation in2007-2012.Through combining theorywith practice,the article uses the combined method of qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis, question investigation amd interview.It does deeply surveyabout the reason of the losing.From the perspective of HRM,it use expectancytheory,equitable theory and motivating theory to find out the problems behind theHRM. Through the investigation, we find that the main reason of the losing is thebackward and concentrated management,the low pay,unfair performancemanagement,defective training mechanism,single incentive mechaism,the limitedspace for staff etc.Enterprise should change management concept,set up fairerformance management,enhance staff training,help staffs to have good careerplans.and inspire them potential.In the end, the staffs and the enterprise arrive atwin-win situation,so the losing situation will change,enterprise will realizesustainable development.
