Research Status And Development Of The Private Enterprise Culture In Quanzhou City

After30years of development, it has a rapid development stage about privateenterprises of Quanzhou，especially in the scale of production, the market and theconstruction of enterprise culture. But sharply because of the shortages of land inmany areas, enterprises in production is difficult to achieve effective expansion,corporate cultural development of above designated size industry canot matchingintensive, scale development.Compared with Jiangsu and Zhejiang, the mode of private enterprises, privateenterprises in Quanzhou contains material, behavior, system, spiritual culture andoverall competitiveness of enterprise culture is not good. It is a critical problem ofenterprises and the government need to be resolved that how to produce moreproducts, provide more service, create higher value becomes, when Quanzhoucomprehensively promote private enterprise “start a new undertaking”. And theeffective breakthrough is taking measures to enhance the competitiveness of privateenterprise culture.In view of the above reasons,firstly,through the domestic and foreign enterpriseculture theory, analyzed the connotation of the development of privateenterprises,the domestic private enterprise culture and the connotation of enterpriseculture competitiveness to do the interpretation in Quanzhou. Haved evaluationmethods in the literature to the review and comparison of the competitive power ofenterprise culture and put forward “the culture of private enterprise competitivenessevaluation formula(fund)”for the first time. Secondly, conducted questionnairesurveyon on three managers of private enterprises representative and staff frommaterial, system,behavior and spiritual culturef.,get the main problem that thecurrent development of private enterprise culture,related policy recommendations,and founded “crust”and “seesaw pattern” in private enterprise culture of theQuanzhou.Finally, through the study on three typical private enterprises what inJiangsu and Zhejiang, Quanzhou what three different economic model, thise papermakes proposals on solving the existing problems and predicts theprospects of thecompetitive power about enterprise culture from the three point of view ofgovernment of enterprises, the government and the society in Quanzhou.
