Trust Evaluation Indexes Between Owners And Contractors In Construction Project

While the rapid development of economy in our country, the whole society hasgradually entered into a state of the lack of trust. Especially in the field of ourconstruction project, of which the crisis of trust between two major parties-ownersand contractors is more outstanding. The study has studied mainly from the severalfollowing aspects:First of all, the study is based on the problems between owners and contractors inthe construction engineering field. Combined with trust relationship playing a positiveeffect in the process of project construction, the study puts forward the necessity ofresearch on trust evaluation index. Secondly, the study has build trust evaluation indexbetween owner and contractor. Combined the process of construction project with thedynamics trust, this article summarizes the establishment and development process oftrust relationship in construction project. And based on the related theory, the paperanalysis the trust influence factors of different types between owner and contractor.The paper draws lessons from the existing research achievements oninter-organizational trust evaluation index in domestic and foreign scholars, and finallybuilds up the trust evaluation index between owner and contractor. At last, the paperadopts the method of structural equation model (SEM) to verify the validity of the trustevaluation index. This article makes corresponding assumptions, and then collectsdatas through the questionnaire survey, using the AMOS17.0software to verifying therationality of structural equation model of trust evaluation index.This article has studied the trust evaluation index between owner and contractor,to look forward to more in-depth exploration research on trust evaluation in the field ofconstruction project. Based on this, we can establish a set of operable trust evaluationindex system, so as to promote group cooperation and harmonious culture constructionbetween owner and contractor.
