Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of The Pork Quality Safety Traceability System’s Participants

Food safety is one of the most concerned about all over the world, especiallymeat quality and safety problems. Governments around the world attach greatimportance, in order to protect the quality and safety of meat have made a positiveexploration, the government hopes to regulatory means to protect people’s meatsafety. China is a big consumer of pork, mainly pork meat consumption. But thepork industry frequently burst of safety issues, such as lean hogs, water injectionmeat and so on. To ensure the safety of pork quality, build quality and safety of porktraceability system is an effective method. Establish quality and safety of porktraceability system can effectively prevent product information asymmetry problem,also can clear quality and safety responsibilities, reduce pork quality and safetyproblems. However, the current construction of China’s pork quality and safetytraceability system is still in the pilot phase, the building still has many obstacles,resulting in efficiency of the system is not high, cannot really play its role to protectthe quality of pork. Therefore, the main research question of the paper is producedin the fight against the various actors to analyze how to improve the incentives toparticipate in the system through build an Incentive mechanism, so that allparticipations will participate in the system.On account of the recent researches, first, we define the incentive object, andanalyze the main incentive relevant theories and introduced the successful practicesin traceability management, extract useful experience. Second, analysis theparticipation of pork quality safety traceability system at present, the relationshipbetween each participation subject, and participate in the main body of aggressivebehavior analysis, introduces the incentives for the participation subject, theexistence question and the analysis of the cause of the problem. Then, through toanalyze the domestic successful case of the pork quality safety traceability system--Chengdu pork quality safety traceability system, including its incentives forparticipation main body, the security conditions for implementation of incentive,concluded its successful experience in practice for building incentive mechanism ofparticipation main body and empirical. Finally, through the front case refining andsummarizes both at home and abroad, combined with the actuality of our country,and use the relevant incentive theory, build a generalization of the pork qualitysafety traceability system to participate in the main body of the incentivemechanism.
