Research On Co-opetition Relationship Among Enterprises Of Supply Chain Network Based On Calculation Experiment

As the process of economic intergration accerating, the competition among enterprises hasbeen transformed into the competition among supply chains. The coordination has been one of thebeen one of the important tasks in supply chain management. Besides, complex environment andnew competition mode take challenges to supply chain management.On using calculational experiment, this paper analyzes the main factors which affect co-opetition relationship among enterprise of supply chain network most. Furthermore, based on theabove, the paper discuss security mechanisms among the supply chain enterprises fromevolutionary game perspective. The main contents are as follows:1. Based on the game model between manufacturer and seller, the paper introduced thecalculational experiment methods. Using multi-agent modeling techniques to establish supplychain model, the paper designed computational experiments on co-opetition relationship amongsupply chain enterprises. And the rule which is emergenced by the experiment is consist wish theevolutionary. So, the experiment is feasible. Above all, through the experiments, we found thatthe enterprises cooperative payoff matrix and the initial ratio of cooperation has a significantimpact on the co-opetition relationship among enterprises of supply chain network;2. the paper designed2mechanisms:supervision mechanism and credit mechanism. Theexperiment results show that:(1) The supervision mechanism has a good effect on the co-opetition relationship amongenterprise of supply chain network, but it has some limitation. As long as there is a case of loosesupervision within the supply chain system, treachery will always exist in the system. When someactors get a income which higher than conventional income, such behavior will be learned by theother supply chain members. What’s worse, it will lead to such a situation which is full of treachery.However, withing a higher level of supervision, the the cooperation level of supply chain systemwill maintain a relatively high level, otherwise, withing a lower level of supervision, the treacheryin the supplychain system will eventually flooded.(2) Undering the credit mechanism, credit business environment is a prerequisite for membersto select cooperative strategies. Undering the poor credit environment, the exoecting cooperate earnings is not optimistic, they would rather take the betrayal strategies and receive a less revenue;On the other hand, when company select cooperative strategies, a credit courage is very necessary.The experiment found that the punishment would sccelerate the betrayal activities.3. The paper analyses the reason why lenovo control procurement cost failed, and gives somerecommendations according to the research conclusions above.
