PA Insurance company has established a comprehensive marketing system after over23years. But during the development process of PA insurance company, there are still some problems. How to establish the new channel, how to combine the products of PA company. And now, how to structure the effective marketing model and ensure the market position of PA Insurance company have became more and more important.PA insurance company in Sichuan has been ranked the second place. However, during the development process of PA insurance company, there are still some problems:Innovative marketing channels are not enough, part of the third institutions, the fourth institutions can not keep up with the market footsteps. The PA Property&Casualty faces the problems of product design, rate design, risk analysis, and insurance customer service improvements.PA should follow principles of the "customer-oriented" and "market-orie nted", and use the3R marketing theory,and4Ps theory, so as to making up a scientific marketing strategy:(1) According to different customers, differe nt regions, implementing the different pricing strategies;(2) changing the ori ginal channels, using new technology to expand new channels and innovativ e marketing model;(3) cross-selling various types of insurance products,ma king the secondary sales in PA own customer base;(4) to improve their ser vices, strengthen the PA brand, and then making a solid foundation for a hi gher market share.(5) Integration of the insurance professional personnel an d frontline sales staff. Using informational technology to build efficient and fast marketing network within PA insurance company.(6) Taking the advant ages of PA Group’s customers, to maintain the Group’s internal customers.En hancing customers’impression to PA company.
