In recent years, Chinese companies have sprung up in the internationalmarket. They make good performance and take notice both in the overseasinvestment and international m&a market. If enterprises want to gain moreinitiative in international competition,they have to fully tap thedomestic market, and go out in the right way at the right time. In orderto improve the success rate of the overseas business, enterprises mustdevelop a pragmatic international development strategy at first, andselect the appropriate entry mode for a particular market as the core ofstrategy implementation. Making research in enterprise under differentstrategic objectives into one model selection mechanism problem can helpChinese enterprises raise the scientific nature of the decision, and torealize the internationalization of higher performance and strategic fit.Overseas market entry mode choice problem is the focus of themanufacturing enterprise in the process of internationalization in ourcountry faces problems.This paper aims to systematically make researchon this issue, and to establish the entry mode choice model to inspirethe internationalization of China’s manufacturing enterprises and asreference.In this paper, the general idea is identifying the object of studyand problems and fully grasp the present situation of Chinesemanufacturing enterprises into the model, and making theoretical analysisof based on multi-factor comprehensive analysis framework. Based onanalysis of all elements fully absorbed during the existing researchresults, it aims to consider actual situation of China to correct the condition in building the model selection process and decision method,and finally form the trend and the research proposal.Considering thereality of enterprise internationalization and related theory research,it focuses on three problems: Firstly, what’s China’s manufacturingindustry enterprise evolution paths of foreign market entry mode and itscharacteristic? This is the realistic foundation and logical startingpoint in analyzing China’s manufacturing enterprises going into overseasmarket’ s entry mode choosing. This article will carry on themulti-dimensional analysis and summary. Secondly,what’s influencefactors of China’s manufacturing enterprises’s overseas market entry mode?And what’s the specific influence of these factors? Finally, on the basisof the comprehensive factors, how can enterprises select the entry mode?This paper attempts to stand in the perspective of corporate decisionmakers, to set up multi-factor hierarchical selection model.Based on the analysis of various, this paper make these conclusions:Firstly, considering the perspective of the entry mode choice of differentscale enterprises, export is the main entry mode of small and mediumenterprises.From the perspective of the entry mode choice of differentscale enterprises, export is the main entry mode of small and mediumenterprises.Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises overseasinvestment scale is generally small.Very few small and medium-sizedenterprises develop transnational operation.Big companies can applytechnology export licensing and any form of direct investment. Now exportsare still the basic entry mode of big business.Due to the lack of researchand development ability and core technology, Chinese enterprises’usingof technology license contract way also is less, and turnkey contract ismore in patent large equipment manufacturers. Overseas acquisitions isa large manufacturing enterprises in China in recent years and theimportant ways to enter the overseas market. Secondly, the overseas market into motivation is the enterprises’ basic starting point of entry modechoosing. This article concludes Chinese industry enterprises to marketseeking overseas,markets into resource seeking, seeking creative assetsand strategic global upgraded, and make the four motivation down to two:market seek type and resource type.The former is the logic basis ofcomparative advantage to expand and efficiency,and the latter is toimprove the operation efficiency and competition ability as the goal.Thirdly, as an important basis for decisions on enterprise contingency,this article focuses on the Chinese domestic factors, host factors,industry factors and the enterprise to the enterprise in the potentialeffect of mode selection, and forms the multi-factor comprehensiveanalysis framework. Firstly, the dynamic development of the enterprisecan influence and promote the government’s policy choice.In practice, theenterprise can apply for a better system supply through the chamber ofcommerce or industry association.The attention in cultural factors canmake the enterprise in the internationalization course fully carryforward the excellent Chinese traditional culture elements,and correctlyunderstand negative cultural factors unfavorable to theinternationalization,and ensure enterprise in the process of“rectification“gradually realize the internationalization.China’sdiplomatic route can make the enterprise make full use of foreignresources, and position the investment area more accurate, and reducethe risk in the overseas business. Secondly, the host country factors thataffect the business in the model means two results:opportunities andthreats.But different levels of different factors make different effecton enterprises. Again, the enterprise internal resources,knowledgecharacteristics, strategies and motivation decide the bias between thedifferent modes of investors. Fourthly, on the basis of the comprehensivevariety of factors, this paper presents a hierarchical tree selection model.In response to Xi Jinping and Li Keqiang’s requirements ofpromoting the economic transformation and deepening reform,combiningwith the present situation of manufacturing industry in our country, thispaper puts forward the relevant Chinese manufacturing overseas entry modeinnovation points.
