Studies On The Project Planning For The Land Comprehensive Improvement In Shetianqiao Town

After many years’s practicing of accumulation and development, the comprehensive improvement of land has now gradually becoming one of the main contents of management of the rural land in our country. The comprehensive improvement of land plays a very important role in farmland protecting, land balance, agriculture developing, the rural construction of infrastructure and farmers living environment, meantime, providing opportunities for planning new rural construction, transformation agricultural production and way of life, and adjusting the structure of agriculture. The land comprehensive improvement project is meet to the local farmers’and government’s requirement and desire.Firstly, the article analyzed the environment of the project planning for comprehensive improvement of land of Shetianqiao town by analyzing and describing the profile of the project area, project’s internal and external environment and the requirement of project, to elaborate the plight of land lacking and the problems of land comprehensive improvement in the project area. We come to the conclusion that the project should choose the competitive strategy by comprehensively analyzing the project environment, using the analytical method of SWOT and SPACE. After comparing some financing plan of land improvement project, we demonstrate the reasonability of the PPP financing plan. Finally, we prospect the benefits after conducting the project from the perspective of social benefit, economic benefit and environment benefit. Also we elaborate the protection and controlling measures of project conducting.This article closely related to management theory and method, combined with the practise of the land comprehensive improvement project in Shetianqiao town.
