The Present Situation Analysis Of The Land Utilization And Change Prediction In Zhalantun

Zalantun city is the show city of the city of Hulun Buir in Inner Mongolia.With the development of economy and society, Zhalantun society from agriculture to industry, city comprehensive agricultural, tourism city, and land use in Zhalantun city has changed a lot, not only can concentrate on city development features of Hulun Buir City, a typical case is also the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region city transition effects on the land, application research results the land use status in Zhalantun city will also be more universal. Studying the land use types of the city of Zalantun city. Analyzing the dynamic changes, and summarizing the rule of changes in the land use to predict future land use and to provide reference for sustainable development, efficient utilization, environmental protection and land scientific management in the city of Zalantun city.This paper analyze the land use of the city of Zhalantun in2013analysis. Charts and the land use evaluation system were set up to reflect the land use of the city of Zhalantun. Through the operation of ArcGis software, the land use of Zhalantun city was dynamically analyzed from1997to2012to find out the change rules, and established the land use types and the land use transition matrixes. Markov chains was adopted to predict the types of land use structure in the city of Zalantun in2022, and comparing the land use with the present circumstances, the future land use status of the city of Zalantun was analyzed. Combined the land use situation of the city of Zalantun with the predict results, suggestions was put forward for urban characteristics and development patterns of the city of Zalantun on land use, urban construction and economic development, etc.The main conclusion are as follows:1) Land utilization Land utilization level of less than0.55Zhalantun stage, the extent of land development and utilization of0.46,0.55degree land intensive land use comprehensive benefits0.53. The evaluation results is very low, rational planning of urban land use structure needs to improve land use efficiency;2) Land use changes Zalantun annual rate of0.02%, indicating that the process of land use change was less human impact, indicating slow progress of development, people should be added to the implementation of land use planning efforts, making the ideal land use Zalantun direction;3) Zalantun City from1997to2012the rate of change of land use was0.28%change in land use degree is0.0082, reflecting Zalantun land use has been on the development trend, but less affected by human impact, should increase the degree of utilization of development;4) Zalantun2022forecast showed that the current pattern of land use structure substantially similar to, the development of a more stable and consistent with the overall land use planning in Inner Mongolia.For the low efficiency of land use Zalantun city, land use change is slow these phenomena, should improve the quality of Zhalantun land, improve land use efficiency, accelerate the pace of improvement of land use, land to build a model city in Inner Mongolia.
