The Reaserch On Some Countermeasures Of Suburbanleisure Agriculture Development In Zhuzhou City

Leisure agriculture is the emerging industry combining three industries, which realize the three big industries intersection. The functions of leisure agriculture are optimizing the industrial structure, increasing farmers’income, and accelerating the development of local economy. After recent years of development, leisure agriculture becomes the highlight of the new rural construction and a new growth point of rural economic development gradually. Therefore, the development of leisure agriculture becomes a significant way to promote urban-rural integration comprehensively.With the rapid development of Zhuzhou’s economic and society, the increase of people’s income, the change of consumption ideas, and the improvement of consumption level, in addition to eating and dressing, people’s pursuit is increasing, meanwhile, the increase of holidays and the number of private cars, and the improvement of traffic conditions etc, which encourage people to join rural tourism, leisure vacation, and attract more and more people involved in the experience. In the situation, these provide a broad market space for the development of leisure agriculture.Concretely, the study starts with elaborating some conceptions and theories of leisure agriculture. And then it introduces the present situation of the leisure agriculture development of Zhuzhou city and suburb briefly. In this way, the article makes an analysis of some problems in the recent development of suburban leisure agriculture in Zhuzhou city, such as some operators with unclear understanding of the connotation of leisure agriculture, low level of the operation management, the enterprise with poor brand awareness, gracefulness industrial development environment. On the basis, the article puts forward some countermeasures for suburban leisure agriculture development in Zhuzhou city, through the model and the advanced experience of the development of leisure agriculture at home and abroad for reference. The countermeasures include four issues:the first is clarifying development ideas; the second is improving the management level; the third is optimized development environment; the forth is highlighting the brand construction. At last, on the basis of comprehensive study in full, the study summarizes a general train of thought of the development of suburban leisure agriculture in Zhuzhou city that is to raise awareness and change ideas in the first; to give an accurate position and develop concurrently in the second; to adjust measures to local conditions and highlight features in the third.
