Study On The Development Mode Of Urban Agriculture In Big City Suburb

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, urban agriculture came into being, it is an inevitable trend of modern social and economic development, well as economic interaction between urban and rural. Especially in the rapid urbanization in China, Development of urban agriculture has been an important part of sustainable socio-economic development in urban and rural areas.This paper chose Metropolitan suburb urban agriculture as research subjects, studied urban agriculture development of Wanan Town in Chengdu Tianfu New Area. Structure of the thesis is divided into four parts: first of all, Tells the background of this thesis,make expatiation of urban agriculture on the basis of the concepts, background and related studies were systematically combing and summary; Secondly, system analysis the current situation and development mode of overseas urban agriculture, and the main mode of current situation of urban agriculture development in China,and summary up the elements for the development of urban agriculture; Thirdly, take the Wanan Town in Chengdu Tianfu New Area for cases, analysis the background of the urbanization, urban-rural development and urban agriculture of Chengdu, analysis the urban agriculture developments and issues of Wanan Town in Tianfu New Area; Finally, combined with the analysis and Research on the author's work experience, propose a reflection on the development of urban agriculture and optimization approaches, and puts forward some countermeasures for Wanan urban agriculture.Article there are three conclusions:(1) urban agriculture has five elements: rapid development of urbanization and consumption market; target market orientation of urban agriculture in the city urban; agricultural development needs advanced science and technology and improve the Science Popularization system; development of urban agriculture to emphasize the protection of resource and environment; the Government's macro-control should adapt to the market demand.(2) Chengdu's urban agricultural development that starts to optimize the following four aspects: land system innovation as the thrust of the development of urban agriculture; the intensive use of land and Local urbanization; agriculture and farmers technology upgrading; transformation of agricultural development mode and operation mode.(3) six-point strategy opinion for urban agriculture development of Wanan town: according to local conditions,Tap the Wanan town regional resources; Pay attention to cultivation of the urban agriculture brand characteristics; improve the service infrastructure of urban agriculture; Emphasis on specialized operations, improve farmers ' cooperative organizations; pay attention to the use of agricultural science and financing channels. achievements, facilitate the financing policy support and standardized management.
