As the world economy integration quickening and vigorously promote information technology, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to organizational innovation, looking forward to creating core competitive advantage through innovation, and win the market. But organizational innovation in the final analysis is derived from employees, so firms began to pay attention to employees’ individual characteristics and the correlation of organizational innovation research. This research mainly use the methods of literature analysis, interview, questionnaire survey, empirical probes into the content structure of staff cognitive style and its influence on organizational innovation.1, By looking at the domestic and foreign related literature,This paper carried on the induction and summary of the system on cognitive style of the concept, theoretical basis, research progress and related research, measuring tool and so on and laid a theoretical foundation to the research.2, Using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to build our country enterprise staff cognitive style four dimensional model:the concept of cognitive style, straightway cognitive style, inclusive cognitive style, analytic cognitive style. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are the basic requirements of psychometrics.3, Using hierarchical regression analysis method, found staff cognitive style could significantly predict organizational innovation.4, By T test and single factor variance analysis, found that staff cognitive style on different demographic, histological variables have significant difference.
