As the development of the society and the technology, enterprise staff's adaptability is very important and the problem of organizational socialization has become one of the critical issues in the fields of human resource management.Organizational socialization is a learning process by which an individual adjusts the attitudes, behaviors he or she needed to participate as an organizational member. The research focused on the problem of organization socialization's content.The thesis has made a questionnaire about the employee's content dimension structure of organizational socialization in Changsha-area, by deep interview, questionnaire investigation and factor analysis about 1500 employees.Based on exploratory factor analysis(EFA), the results showed that organizational socialization content of Changsha-area employees was a five-dimension construct, comprising job competency, interpersonal relationship, organizational environment, and organizational language. Confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) presented that the structure was reasonable.Furthermore, based on the research information and the researcher's analysis, the thesis had given some relative suggestions to the departments of related enterprises about HRM.Significant differences of organizational socialization were found among gender, age, position, education level, and the employees from the enterprises with differentownership.Finally, Current limitations and future research orientation were also discussed at the end of the thesis .
