The Relationship Among The Dynamic Environment, Resources Allocation And Leverage, And Entrepreneurial Performance

The entrepreneurship research under the resource-based view goes back to the1980s. As research continues, Scholars have proposed some variables involving resources, which includes resources endowment, resource management capacity, resource absorbing, resource allocation, resource utilization and so on. They set off extensive discussions and researches on this topic integrating with the entrepreneurial activity, especially with performance of start-up businesses. Now, most of scholars agree that resource integration activities are crucial to getting resources. Using those resources, businesses could build up the core competitiveness, strengthen the adaptive capacity to environment and encourage enterprises to make good performance.Firstly, this article makes a literal review about research achievements of relevant variables. Based on the research of the previous related literature, it has taken the variable of resources allocation and leverage apart from the resources integration. Then, it reveals the nature and internal mechanism of resources allocation and leverage. Aiming at establishing the theoretical foundation for the empirical study in the ensuing chapters, it also teases and analyzes the research perspective and the dimension dividing of the entrepreneurial performance. In addition, this study focus on the key variable of dynamic environment, which is most neglected.Secondly, based on the theoretical study, it put forward assumptions around the influence between resources allocation and leverage with two dimensions of entrepreneurial performance. This study continues to discuss the result, which resources allocation and leverage has an effect on the long-term development and profitability of start-up enterprises.Thirdly, an empirical study is taken on the influence between resources allocation and leverage and entrepreneurial performance. It apply SPSS19.0for reliability and validity test, correlational analyses and regression analysis on the data from questionnaire survey. According to the results of data analysis, resources allocation and leverage have significant positive influence on two dimensions of entrepreneurial performance, dynamic environment adjust positively the process of action between them.Finally, it discusses the result of empirical analysis. Especially in the dynamic environment, start-up enterprises must take more attention on the resources allocation and leverage. Relying on the resources allocation and leverage, enterprises could enhance adaptability to adjust to the environment, build the flexible resources system and get better performance. Meanwhile, this article points out the innovations and limitations of this study, and the developing trend in the future is forecasted.
