Since the1990’s, with the vertiginous development of knowledge economy、information economy, the speed of environment change is apparentlyaccelerating,By the influence of the cyber economy in the21st century, the speed ofenvironment change is apparently accelerating: the customer, the market, thecompetition are all changing,and the cycle of changing is getting shorter andshorter. The only thing remaining unchanged is change itself.The relatively stable operating environment has been collapsed, rapidlychanging competitive environment has changed the previous competitionrules、the nature of competition and source of lasting competitive advantage,corporate faces a serious fault in the strategic management,to adapt to thechange-oriented environment, flexible management gradually atrract attentionof the scholars and operator. Enterprises’s resources crease the competitiveadvantage,increasing enterprise resource flexibility can better cope withenvironmental uncertainty, in order to maintain and create competitiveadvantage. In response to increasingly environmental uncertainty and thepressure of dynamic competition, how to build a effective flexible system ofresources is the key of maintain sustainable competitive advantage. Theflexible resources which can adapt to environmental change are bound tobecome the basic strategic choice under the ultra-competitive businessenvironment.In this paper, by reviewing the theory and methods at home and abroad whichrelated to the research, combined with China’s current operating environmentfaced by the enterprises, mainly study the following aspects:First, by drawing on the literature review, as well as reference, on the basisof previous studies in a dynamic environment, build the model of the impact offlexible resources to firm’s strategic performance under the dynamicenvironment and the corresponding assumptions;Second, make quantitative evidence by design the questionnaire to collectthe Chinese enterprises (the majority of businesses operating in Fujian Province), using multiple linear regression demonstrated the promotion role offlexibility resources to the corporate strategy and the use level/adjustmentregression analysis verified the adjustment role of dynamic environment in theprocess of the resource flexibility influence corporate strategic performance;Finally, have a further study on the adjustment role of dynamic environmentin the process of the resource flexibility influence corporate strategicperformance, and propose the advice of enhancing enterprise resource flexiblebased on the dynamic environment.
