Because of the heavily aging problem in china day by day, government pays more attention to solve out this problem. On the other side, the Social Security is well in Sichuan.The size of social security fund increases steady and rapidly, and it has become the major deposit resource of commercial banks in China.Because of economic crisis in recent years, the Chinese government reduced the currency supply and enhanced the deposit ratio to the centre bank of commercial banks to keep the domestic economy healthy, and these policies reduced the available currency in the market.
