Development Strategy Of China’s County Bank And Analysis Of Sichuan Case

This article focuses on strategic positioning during development, the direction of management and the business scope of banks in China. Starting from analyzing the development of county bank, the paper discusses its development history and case analysis, which can lead people to a deeper understanding of the present situation and prospects of county bank, and solve the problems in the process of development. Firstly, it offers the comprehensive development situation of domestic banks and its environment. Secondly, by learning from success factors of foreign community banks and other domestic banks, this paper analyzes the obstacles of county banks in China. Finally, it offers policy suggestions and reform opinions from the following four aspects, the county bank’s strategic positioning, business development and innovation, risk management and internal control, the balance of employee constraints and incentive.This article analyzes of the domestic county bank’s development situation and problems as a whole, and then puts forward the solution. By using the location advantage and the actual situation, this paper takes the example of Agriculture Bank of China in Sichuan province, discusses the bank’s actual situation in detail. And then, it describes the problems faced by and the cause of the problem. At last, from the theory and practical specific conditions, the paper puts forward suggestions for improving the development of the county branch of Agriculture Bank in Sichuan province.The main content of this paper is organized as follows. The first part is the overview of the current development of Chinese bank and the problems in the development of county bank. The second part is the research results and experience could be learnt from about the development strategy of county bank at home and abroad. The third part systematic analyzed the problems of the county bank in the course of development, and proposed the corresponding strategy selection policy recommendations. The further analysis about the special status of the county of Sichuan ABC is done relied on the frame of this article and my own work.
