For a long time, many domestic enterprises just keep the life of business by the OEMs’ order from brand customers since they without independent brand and sale through, so they try to gets some profits through their internal cost reduce and productivity improvement in product development and production process. But after the global financial crisis happened in2008, the more intense competitive market going to a new order since there is a long time global economic downturn and consumption slowly, the OEMs enterprise survival is more complex and difficult.TV products as a most competitive of the consumer appliances group who faced the more severe challenge due to the rapid new product updating and marketing price changing. So there is a big problem need to be quickly solved that how to setting the new product strategy according to the quickly changing of marketing and how to make it happen by efficiency. New product development project management as a core of strategy management in the OEM companies, it is very realistic significance to study the mode reconfiguration of the projects management to keep these OEM companies growing stronger under this competitive environmental now. This article studied a typical TV product OEM enterprise---Ⅰ company who wants to keep a continually competitive to avoid their new product wouldn’t be eliminated in the market, how did they rebuild their strategy and reconfigured a new project management model in the strategic transformed period.This paper first time puts forward three kind of new product development management mode (cost、timing and quality oriented project management mode) which commonly exist in consumer electronics or electrical appliances company, And this article mainly study the timing oriented project management mode reconfiguration by BPR (Business Process Reengineering), project Process Reengineering theory, project time management theory, project team organization structure theory, performance management theory, quality and cost of the project management methods, then rebuilt and verified a new project management process by a actual case study.Since this project management mode which studied in the file has great universality, so it has some reference value to the similar company who also facing the enterprise strategy change.
