Subaru Auto Wuhan is the "customers first" as a business conducted under the guidance of the concept, "car into life, creating quality of life" as the theme, we hope to close the general public to understand the Subaru, the taste of Sri Lanka Baruch's car culture, experience the Subaru's active lifestyle and want to buy a car in the follow-up services in the industrial chain to form a new model of train service. The aim is to expand the Subaru brand in Wuhan, central China as well as the degree of awareness to complete the Subaru brand in Wuhan, central China's propaganda, to expand the influence of the Subaru brand, and ultimately allow users to understand the Subaru, like Sri Lanka Baru, in order to attract the majority of the user to select "Subaru Subaru" to put into action to buy. Wuhan Auto Show by Subaru, so that the public will be able to buy the lowest market price buy direct purchase at the event for their favorite models, more hi Aisibalu the general public can understand the Subaru in the field the latest information and some car maintenance, car maintenance basics. The Motor Show will be accomplishing set car buying, car knowledge, vehicle maintenance, knowledge, and entertainment in one of the "Subaru car culture" show.This article describes how to use Auto Subaru Wuhan project management theory and methods to organize the implementation. Project management philosophy, goals can be measured, there is a clear goal and a desired outcome, usually in accordance with project scope, time and cost targets defined in the project, but the project can be achieved through efforts to achieve and complete.Subaru auto show in Wuhan in the form of organizing the implementation of the project, first introduced the show's project objectives and main content of economic and social benefit analysis, planning and implementation period and sources of budget; followed in the range of project management, project charter, work breakdown structure WBS, and project management in the overall "project management plan, work authorization and status of the Vetting Committee, the project and the overall change control process" for discussion; then the project time management process and cost management in the project budget and its programs, project quality management the quality and technical program development, quality assurance, the specific arrangements set out daily; and communicate with auto project management, communication planning and information dissemination programs, stakeholder communication and analysis, performance reporting to better ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy. Finally, after the auto show end of the project evaluation and project content summary description of the history of the project to facilitate traceability, analysis project experience and lessons for other auto show as a reference.
