After nearly30years of rapid development, the hotel industry in our country has been the peak period of development. While, behind the prosperity, the competition facing hotel industry should not be underestimated, and the higher turnover rate of hotel staff is the most serious. By summarizing the findings of scholars at home and abroad, Many factors with complex relationship affect the hotel employee turnover. This paper focus on studying the relationship among hotel staff’s perceived organizational support, leader-member exchange and turnover intention. Perceived organizational support is staff’s feelings from the organizational support, including two core elements that is the organization whether respects his contribution and cares about his interest. Leader-member exchange is that a leader divides his subordinates from circle members and members out of circle, in turn the ways that subordinates treat the leader are different.The research quotes the mature and high reliability and validity scale that perceived organizational support includes three dimensions (work support, employees value recognition, care benefits), while leader-member exchange includes four dimensions(emotion, Loyalty, contribution, professional respect). Based on Other scholars’ research on the relationship between the relevant variables that perceived organizational support leader-member exchange and turnover intention are negative correlation. This research builds "perceived organizational support、leader-member exchange and turnover intention" relationship model to explore the relationship among perceived organizational support, leader-member exchange and turnover intention, and further clarify that perceived organizational support plays an intermediary role between leader-member exchange and turnover intention.Applying the mature scale, the research launches a questionnaire to the staffs of high-star hotel in Chang Sha, and receives a total of466valid questionnaires. After the questionnaire, this paper applies the statistical analysis software of SPSS19.0to analysis the data. The results show that demographic variables of hotel staffs have a certain influence on turnover intention; Perceived organizational support, leader-member exchange and turnover intention of hotel staffs are negative correlation; At the same time, perceived organizational support plays an notable intermediary role between leader-member exchange and turnover intention. This research remind hotel managers to implement reasonable recruitment Strategy, highlight and improve staffs’ perceived organizational support, strengthen the connection between leader and member in order to lower the turnover rate of hotel staffs.
