In recent years, Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing industry in the domestic clothing industry has occupied an important position. This is not only because of the local government of the clothing manufacturing has provided series of preferential policies, but also the Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing industry has its own unique conditions.So along with the Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing growth, the demand for grass-roots technical, operational workers is large, so that the organization of this type gradually increased mobility of employees. Employee turnover behavior of such a troubled Zhengzhou garment manufacturing managers is a major problem. And this kind of employee turnover behavior, according to employees of different motives, the reasons are different aspects.Perhaps because they have a better staff development opportunities, dissatisfaction with the organization, interpersonal tensions, or even just feel out of their favorite will leave, also known as "naked resignation".This kind of employees have occupied most of the technical positions of Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing industry,and they are the good asset of organization. Their departure will undoubtedly impact the organization's business management. This not only lead to Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing industry other staff morale, but also caused in the loss of human capital investment.Therefore, Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing industry of this type of employee turnover behavior has always been the focus of enterprise managers and researchers concerned. Therefore, finding to causes that Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing employees generated turnover intention reasons, can more effectively help the organizations fundamentally control employee turnover rate, reduce the cost of enterprise, organization guarantee the normal operation. Therefor, this research has important practical value.Specifically,this research explore the leader member exchange relationship, the psychological effect of employees to the organizational identification and the affect of grass-roots technical, operational workers of Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing. This research used convenient sampling method for 8 enterprises, 700 employees of Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing industry were testing by the employee turnover intention questionnaire, leader member exchange relationship questionnaire and organizational identification questionnaire, data analysis using SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software for data processing. And the following conclusions:1. Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing general staff in leader member exchange have no significant differences in gender, age, work experience, education level, marital status; in organizational identification have no significant differences in gender, age, work experience, education level, marital status; turnover intention have no significant differences in gender, age, work experience, marital status, but there were significant education level differences in turnover intention.2.Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing general staff members in leader member exchange, organizational identification, turnover intention have interrelated relationships between each other.3.Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing general staff members,organizational identification parti ally mediated the associations of leader member exchange and turnover intention. This shows that the general staff of the Zhengzhou native clothing manufacturing industry leader member exchange relationship through organizational identity influence employee turnover intention.
