With the development of the high-speed economic, our country’s tourism market is also increasingly mature, tourism has become a popular leisure projects.Tourism especially Tours of tourism in our country, in developing rapidly, economy hotel industry as one of the pillar industries of Tours, it’s development is rapid.The rapid development of economy and tourism market segmentation makes budget hotels keep growing and growing, followed by increasingly fierce competition between the hotel industry, talent as the hotel industry is the important resource, is the foundation, Only hotel staff remained stable state, can continue to provide customers with stable quality service, make the stable development of hotel.Economy hotel staff, however,especially the image of the hotel staff at the grass-roots level has been in a state of high loss,how to improve the economy hotel staff especially high turnover rate of employees’ willingness to stay at the grass-roots level is very important and urgent.This research budget hotel with changsha as investigation object, research leader- member exchange relationship quality to the influence of the grass-roots staff’s intention to stay.On the basis of literature review and investigation,determine the research model,put forward the research hypothesis and path analysis diagram for structural equation models.In the predecessors’ research achievements for reference of design the questionnaire,by AMOS17.0 and SPSS19.0 empirical analysis on the data.Correlation between the results are as follows:In the budget hotel leader-member exchange relationship and its four dimensions can explain 61.3% of the variance of grass-roots staff intent to stay,Leader- member exchange relationship of grass-roots employee retention will have significant positive effects.In the regression analysis further classes,Four dimensions of emotion, loyalty, contribution, and professional respect of grass-roots employee retention all will have significant positive effects,The influence of the emotional dimension is the most significant.Combining the present situation analysis and empirical research results of economy hotel leader- member exchange relations and the grass-roots employee retention,This study thinks that budget hotel first-line managers should from the following four aspects put forward the countermeasures to Improve employees’ willingness to stay on at the local level:Strengthen interpersonal interaction, and alleviate the pressure of the employees;help to make a plan of career, performance support for employees;Pay attention to employee needs, make use of emotional stimulus and implement interactive management, promote professional identity.
