Based on different interplanting and Forest breeding of Guangxi Huangmian Forest Farm, the effects of three modes of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo interplanting different forest stands (Schima, Cinnamomum camphora and Cunninghamia lanceolata forests), two forest breeding of chickens under eucalyptus trees with different forest age and the forest breeding of goats under eucalyptus forest of3-year old on the stand growth, the soil physicochemical properties of forest land and the forests economic benefits were studied in this paper. The main results were as follows:(1) Four years later, the effects of the three interplanting of D. officinale Kimura et Migo on the stand growth and the soil physicochemical properties were not significant. So, according to the economic index, the three different interplanting situation were assessed. Because the economic benefit of Chinese fir forests interplanting D. officinale was poorer, do not harves and sell. Only compared of D. officinale Kimura et Migo interplanting Schima and C. camphora. The results showed of D. officinale Kimura et Migo interplanting C. camphora forest was best, which with the maximum economic yield and the shortest payback period, four years later, the net income was174287yuan/hm2, and the average annual net profit was43571.8yuan/hm2and the payback period (pt) was2.62years.(2) Compared to the control, there were significant effects of all the the different forest breeding on the forest stand growth. The increment of eucalyptus forest of3-year old was the highest, two years after breeding chickens, the forest stocks rosed21.45m3/hm2. Forest chicken improved the physical properties and fertility of the forest land; forest goat had a small effect on soil physical and chemical properties. The forest land improvement was importance to the growth of the trees. Forest breeding had obtained a certain degree of economic benefits, the forest breeding of goats under eucalyptus forest of3-year old was the highest, the profit for the year was18800yuan/hm2. Synthesized growth index, soil physicochemical properties index and economic benefit index, the forest breeding mode of chickens under eucalyptus forest of3-year old was the best.(3) Comprehensive analysed the different interplanting and Forest breeding, D. officinale Kimura et Migo interplanting C. camphora forest harvested the highest economic benefit, but no significant effect on woodland, and vulnerable to money and interplanting forest and technical requirements, the planting of large area was limited. It is fitted a company to plant. The forest breeding of chickens under eucalyptus trees significantly promoted the growth of trees, improved the soil physical and chemical properties, gained good economic benefits, and with a small investment, soon economic benefits, less technical requirements. It is a more suitable economic benefit model under forest canopy.
