The State-owned forest farm is an important reserve base for forest resources in China and an important carrier of eco-tourism construction.From the "Planting and cutting trees " to "Maintenance and protection trees" in the strategic transformation process,the forest farm in the continuous adjustment of internal management,but the forestry staff of the lower stock of capital has been the development of China's state-owned forest in the long-term The problem.With the transformation of state-owned forest farms,the professional roles of forest workers also follow the pace of transformation of the forest and change,in the face of new goals,new tasks,how to create a good atmosphere in the new situation,gather the strength of the audience,to stimulate the development of vitality Construction of forest parks to create a better natural environment and human environment,is every forest workers,but also every forest managers need to think and face the problem.Based on the theory of professional role theory and professional competence,this paper collects and summarizes the relevant literatures in the past,and inquires about the information and communication channels such as the recruitment information of the major forest parks.At the same time,through the semi-structured interview method,the difficulties and doubts encountered in the work of the grassroots workers were investigated.Finally,by using the questionnaire data and the interview data,using the descriptive analysis,the questionnaire was used to analyze the questionnaire,Factor analysis,cross analysis and other methods to analyze the existing professional ability and expected professional ability of the forest workers,so as to construct the professional competence dimension of the transitional forest managers and the grassroots employees in the transition period.(1)At present,the research on the professional roles and professional competence of the forest workers in our country is in the initial stage,and the factors of the occupational ability dimension of the forest workers are even confirmed and the research is relatively small,(2)According to the questionnaire survey and interview materials,the professional competence of LuTou forest farmer and grassroots workers mainly includes three dimensions:personal quality dimension,knowledge reserve dimension,work management dimension;seven Factors:adaptability,professionalism,psychological capital,professional skills,comprehensive knowledge,organizational coordination,teamwork.As the transformation of the forest farmer and the grassroots workers of the professional ability requirements are different,the 22 professional ability factors are also different.(3)Lu Tau forest farm There are some professional capacity problems to restrict the workers to achieve professional role conversion:forest grassroots workers for the hotel management knowledge,tour guide business knowledge,service industry basic knowledge,laws and regulations,marketing management,computer operating knowledge,financial management,forestry Basic knowledge and other vocational skills need to learn and obtain,and forest managers on the diligent and honest,training and propaganda,information capture ability,leadership strategy,upper and lower communication,personnel planning and other professional needs need to strengthen and improve.From the transition before and after the transformation of two different roles to analyze and debug,so that the transformation of talent in the life coordinates,to find fulcrum and destination,to achieve the self-worth of life,human resources to complete the role of human capital transformation,to guide the state-owned forest To the national forest park management mode of transformation.
