| China is a large country in agricultural production, and the population of farmers in China is huge. One of the basic state policy is to strengthen the development of agricultural industry. In recent years, China is in a critical period that the agriculture is from tradition agriculture to modern agriculture transition, and in this process, agriculture, rural areas and farmers have become important issues affecting the development of the national economy. In modern agricultural production, Agricultural production materials are the basis for agricultural producing, and it related to people’s daily lives. To stabilize agricultural producing, protecting people’s lives, we need to fully prepare agricultural production materials for agricultural producing. This article tried to do some research on the agricultural centre of the agricultural materials enterprise, on the one hand, it can provide theoretical basis for the enterprise to establish scientific and reasonable distribution logistics network; on the other hand, by the construction of logistics distribution center, it will fulfill the understanding of the important role logistics played. Considering of our country actual situation, how to layout the distribution center system will have a huge impact on our country’s agricultural production.In this paper, the theory of economics, logistics, management science and operations research is used to explain the connotation and the function of agricultural production. And the research method of economics, logistics, management science and operations research is used to create site model of distribution center.In this paper, firstly, the characteristics and the content of agricultural production distribution center is expounded. Secondly the principles, the objectives of agricultural production distribution center and the factors affecting the distribution center cite is explained. Finally a the location model of the distribution center is created and the evaluation method is created to assess the result of the location model.This article starts from the supply chain of agricultural production distribution center, scilicet this article starts from several aspects of supply chain-----supply, demand, transportation and distribution and other aspects to create a agricultural production distribution center. Based on the authoritative data and some practical information and the general requirement of distribution center, firstly the selecting objective function is to get the lowest cost which consist of storage charge, labor cost and transportation fee, using integer programming approach, in satisfying the constraint condition, based on the valid data and LINGO software, a model is set up to solve the citing problem by program language and get the optimal solution,secondly using a relatively fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the citing result from different dimension, finally the model is applied to find the optimal solution of Hunan province. |
