With the fierce competition between manufacturing and manufacturing enterprises,enterprises in various countries began to pay attention to the research of production line and seek ways and means to improve the production efficiency.At present,the production line problems are mainly concentrated in the production efficiency and product quality,in which the bottleneck in the production line and production line balance is the key to solve these two problems.On the basis of summing up the domestic achievements,this paper combines the practical experience of a manufacturing enterprise in a certain manufacturing enterprise,takes A company's prefabricated production line as a research object,and uses the relevant theory of industrial engineering,FLEXSIM simulation software to carry out the current production line Modeling and problem analysis.Then,through the establishment of 0-1 integer programming model,and use Lingo software to solve,find the optimal solution,and then put forward the optimization program.The main results are as follows:(1)Using the on-site observation method,the process analysis,the stopwatch time research and the data analysis,the production process of A company's existing door preinstalled production line is recorded and analyzed in detail.The pre-production line of the door is divided into the operating elements,and the process plan and the job element priority diagram are drawn respectively,and the standard production time of each process is determined.(2)The simulation model of the current production line is established by FLEXSIM simulation software.Run the model and analyze the data,according to the current production line balance,find the bottleneck in the production process.Secondly,combined with the principle of action economy to analyze the causes of bottlenecks,put forward the corresponding improvement measures,reducing the production rhythm.On the basis of the improvement of the production line,the 0-1 integer programming model of the first and second types of production lines is established for the door preloading production line of Company A.The optimization solution is obtained by Lingo software respectively.The model is established by FLEXSIM simulation software,and the model is validated and analyzed.(3)Combining industrial engineering technology,simulation technology and integer programming,the production line of A company is optimized,the optimal solution is obtained,the balance of the pre-installed production line is improved,the production rhythm of the production line is reduced,and the bottleneck is improved.Process.The research shows that the research results have a reference value for enterprises to solve the production balance in the production line,reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency.The balance of the production line is directly related to the operation of the whole production line,affecting the efficiency of the production line and the quality of the product,which plays a vital role in the development of the enterprise.This article will Flexsim technology,integer planning and industrial engineering technology for effective combination,used to solve the enterprise production line in the bottleneck process and production imbalance and other issues.Not only for the A company to improve the bottleneck in the production process to help,but also for enterprises to improve the balance of production lines and the development of efficient production plans to provide theoretical reference.
