With the development of economic globalization,the globalization of manufacturing competition is also unavoidable.Companies in various countries have begun to pay attention to the research on production line problems and seek ways and means to improve the production efficiency of enterprises.As a leader in the manufacture of notebook computers,W Company is constantly seeking optimization and innovations in the production line to achieve the goal of improving the production efficiency,reducing costs,and improving the competitiveness of the company's market.Based on researches on optimization of production line simulation at home and abroad,this paper takes W company's computer motherboard production line as the research object,and uses computer simulation software as the tool and comprehensively applies the related theory,technology and 0-1 integer programming theory of industrial engineering to the production line.The problems existing in the operation process are optimized,an optimization scheme is proposed,and the results before and after the optimization are compared and analyzed.The main researches and results are as follows:(1)Through the on-the-spot investigation of W company's current computer motherboard production line,details of various data in the production of computer motherboards were recorded,the operation unit of the workstations of the production line was divided into operation units,and the priority relationship diagram between the operation units was drawn.After the abnormal value detection of the collected data,the standard operating time for each station was determined.(2)Set up the simulation model of the current production line through Flexsim simulation software,run the model and analyze the data obtained to find out where the bottleneck station is.Based on this,combining the improvement methods of the industrial engineering analyze the causes of the bottleneck and propose corresponding improvement measures which have reduced the working hours of bottlenecks.(3)Based on the preliminary improvement of the bottleneck station of the production line,a balanced 0-1 integer programming model for the production lines of Class I and Class II of the company's computer motherboard production line was established,and the optimal solution of the model was determined by Lingo software.Then the Flexsim simulation software was used to simulate on the two optimized solutions.The results before and after the optimization of the production line were compared to analyze,and a relatively better solution was obtained.In this paper,Flexsim simulation technology,0-1 integer programming and industrial engineering technology are effectively combined for production line optimization.Not only does the company's computer motherboard production line bottleneck station work time be shortened,the production cycle is reduced,but also the production line work time for each workstation is more balanced,and the balance rate is improved.Although this paper takes the W company's computer motherboard production line as the research object,it also has certain referential value for many companies that use production line production as the main production organization.
