Freight Reform Research For Guangzhou Railway Group Under E-Commerce Environment

With the rapid development of transfer method, such as railway, air, water and so on, making the percent of market of railway transfer method declined. In addition, because the website of12306have been constructed, the customer for the transport puts forward higher requirements, moreover, with the e-commerce development, the market structure have been changing, showing the characteristics with a low-volume, personalized, quick and convenience. Thus, in order to meet the requirement of railway freight generated by e-commerce, the business process reengineering based on information technology for Guangzhou Railway Group should be taken and to recover lost market percent have a certain theoretical and practical significance.In this thesis, firstly, introduced the relationship and the characteristics of e-commerce and railway freight, and then present the concept and characteristic of business process reengineering and analysis the research status of railway freight according to business process reengineering.Secondly, according to the theory which have been mentioned in the early and analysis the status of railway freight of Guangzhou Railway Group.Thirdly, through by analyzed the characteristic of railway freight under the e-commerce and based on the theory of business process reengineering to reform the structure of railway freight, the post setting and modulation. In addition, take the comparative analysis method to analyze the direct effects and in-direct effects which generated by reform according to the business process reengineering under e-commerce.At the end of this thesis, some summaries and future research have been made.
