Based On Supply Chain Management Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Chemical Raw Materials Inventory Control

This article is based on supply chain management ideas and the current situation of the inventory management that summarizes for the inventory management method. According to the relevant supply chain inventory control methods, this research is trying to manage the inventory of chemicals, and combined with the different characteristics of the chemicals on the classified management, is trying to focus on the description and analysis of the current situation of the inventory management of the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.Analyzing the existing chemical raw material inventory control, the renovation project searches to improve the present situation of hazardous chemical storage. According to the reasons of the inventory management problems of the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, this project gives the solution to solve the problem through the corresponding solutions, improving the inventory problem of the company.
