This article focuses on excellent performance management through research statu s and Chinese human resource management model design and application. And find th e Da Liu coal mining company in the management of human resources shortage of tal ent, remuneration system is imperfect, performance appraisal is weak, such as lack of staff training gaps and shortcomings. These analysis result pointed out that Da Liu coa1mining company produce current human resource management gap is largely due to manpower planning and management strategy is not clear. In other words, the remune ration system does not play a prominent performance management system, the lack of effective performance appraisal weak incentives, lack of staff training and other aspe cts of sustainability. Combined with Da Liu coal mining company development of the company’s current vision of reality. This paper document analysis, comparative analys is and case analysis and other ways, coal mining enterprises from home and abroad th e successful experience of human resource management, proposed to increase the leve1of human resource managers for Da Liu coal mining company, establish a sound rem uneration system, optimize performance appraisal, strengthen staff training and other measures to build a mine management advanced specialized personnel. Through the d esign of the Da Liu coal mining company human resources management strategy mod el design, model design employee performance, employee learning and development design, the interests of employees and satisfaction designed to achieve maximum effic iency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
