With the development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing increasinglyfierce competition, how to continue to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, manyenterprises are facing a problem and think. The current corporate management is now nolonger just manage their own business production, competition among enterprises has nodirect competition between individual enterprises, but the competition between the supplychain enterprises, to be applied to the entire enterprise supplier management conceptswere to go. The Supplier Management Supply Chain Management as an important part ofthe quality of its management determines the operational efficiency of the entire supplychain, supply chain management plays a vital role, which is a measure of the extent of thesupply chain objectives, so as to enterprise managers to provide information support.Enable businesses to more efficiently control each node in the supply chain, to reduce riskand improve competitiveness. So the research enterprise supplier management strategies,and take measures to improve supply chain management to improve the efficiency of greatimportance.A good supply chain management can shorten product delivery time, reduce overallcosts, add more value to the company and customers. Overall supply chain managementgradually being seen as the core of enterprise competitive strategy. This paper describesthe background for the study of supplier management, purpose and meaning, and relatedresearch at home and abroad, followed on this basis, explains the basic concepts andtheories of supplier management, supplier management analysis of content.
