Research On Improvement Of Purchasing Management Of Company A Under Supply Chain Mode

Procurement management is an important component of supply chain management,Its role in the supply chain is constantly improving,especially under the background of rapid development of science and technology and the transformation of modern enterprise management mode,procurement management must maintain coordination with the development of the supply chain.This research takes company a as the research object,through the procurement management research under the supply chain mode,innovates the existing procurement mode,integrates the classified management methods,and puts forward the optimization strategy of procurement management,which has important practical significance for company a to reduce the procurement cost,improve the procurement efficiency,and improve the level of supply chain management.In this study,supply chain management theory,purchasing management theory and material classification management method are applied to study the improvement of purchasing management of Company A.On the basis of on-the-spot investigation on the current situation of purchasing management of manufacturing company a,including purchasing organization,purchasing plan,purchasing process,supplier management system,etc.,the problems and causes in purchasing management of manufacturing company a are analyzed in depth,the problem solving strategies are put forward,and the safeguard measures are formulated to analyze the expected effects.The main research conclusions are as follows: First,the procurement management of Enterprise A under the supply chain mode has problems such as lack of organizational independence,unscientific planning,lack of predictive analysis,poor internal and external communication,poor awareness of procurement risks,unreasonable procurement process,and too one-sided supplier evaluation.Secondly,ABC classification is used to classify and manage the raw materials.The specific dimensions are the importance of materials and the complexity of the supplier market.Combined with expert evaluation and analytic hierarchy process,the final classification results are obtained.Third,in supplier selection and management,it is necessary to embody the idea of classified management,select large suppliers with high credibility,strong comprehensive strength and good cooperative evaluation,strengthen information communication,establish long-term strategic partnership,ensure material supply and reasonably control procurement costs.Fourth,supply chain management is a long-term task.We should establish an information management system,effectively use the methods of confirmed warehouse and zero inventory management,strengthen cooperation and communication,and formulate management strategies from the perspective of maintaining supply chain stability and the interests of all employees to improve the effect.In general,the procurement management under the supply chain management mode needs to combine the current situation of enterprises,effectively use classified management methods,make overall plans,solve problems in a targeted way,reduce procurement risks and save procurement costs.
