The Study Of The Cold Chain Logistics Development Strategy Of The Dongjiang Free Trade Zone

With the rapid growth of the economy at the present stage in China, it will effectively promote the rapid development of modern logistics industry. The cold chain logistics,as a vital part of modern logistics, will have considerable development opportunity. And it indicates that there will be a huge space for development of the cold chain logistics industry in our country. At the same time, compared with the developed countries, we should see that there are obvious gap between us and western developed countries.In my paper, I use the method of inductive reasoning and comparative research. Based on the analysis of the domestic major cities especially in Tianjin, I tease out and sum up the present situation and problems of cold chain logistics industry in East port.And according to the planning of east port, east port will be the international logistics center in north china. Through the analysis of several domestic areas which the cold chain logistics industry developed well,1analysed the development direction of the cold chain logistics industry in East port and come up with several advises so as to accelerate the speed of development of the international logistics center in north china.East port, as the international logistics center and international shipping center in northern China, though the cold chain logistics industry has a rapid development in recent years, but there are still some problems, such as the excessive cold storage type refrigerator, the shortage of the thermostatic storage project; excessive storage-type cold storage, shortage of processing-type project; the excessive service for domestic business,but the shortage of service for international business.so when we make project appraisal, we should concentrate more on the rational allocation of resources and the investment promotion work on trade settlement so as to realize the combined effect of the whole industry chain in East port.Finally,we wish that we could improve the construction of the storage and processing facilities which can provide the different temperature and the different functions. At the same time,we will take fully advantage of the policy in East port to to create the combined effect.
