| The pharmaceutical industry is one of the high-tech industries which have thebest prospects for the development and it is closely bound up with the health andsafety of the masses of people. With China’s increasing support for biotechnologyindustry, medical cold chain logistics industry has got rapid development withbiological products as the main body. At present, the pharmaceutical industry hasbecome one of the important industries with the rapid development of our country.With the rapid development of our economy and the constant improvement of thesocial medical security level, so it has more requirements for pharmaceuticalproducts of industry logistics, especially for low temperature storage drug of coldchain logistics, which have led to the rapid development of medical cold chainlogistics. On January20,2012, promulgated by the state council on theimplementation of the national drug safety "twelfth five-year" plan "[1](2012),specify" that medicine circulation regulation should be strict, drug modern logisticsand chain operation should be developed and related pharmaceutical cold-chainlogistics standards should be specified."The planning system states that ourcountry attaches great importance to drug safety. Therefore how to make full useof existing resources, reduce the loss of medical cold chain, guarantee the qualityof cold chain drug, comprehensively enhance the quality of China’s cold chaindrug and speed up the construction of perfect and reliable, standardizedmanagement of medical cold chain logistics has become an important topic that thepharmaceutical cold chain logistics industry faced in our country.In this paper, we refer to the important results of research both here and abroad,and based on the HACCP theory and the pharmaceutical cold-chain logistics ofanalyzing the connotation, the principle is applied to the pharmaceutical cold chainlogistics. In order to improve the quality and safety in the circulation of drugs,especially cold-chain logistics of drug hazards analysis, and to determine thecritical control points and the corresponding control values. Finally, in the currentrapid development of economy under the background China,and considering theproblems of current existing in the development of pharmaceutical cold-chainlogistics process, we put forward some countermeasures to promote the development of China’s pharmaceutical cold-chain logistics.At the end of the essay, based on analyzed results and combing the currenteconomic situation, the author put forward some suggestions for the developmentof circulation industry in Shandong province.Chapter1st, we introduce the research background and significance of the drugcold-chain logistics.
