In recent years, with the development of domestic economy, the customer ’s demand for financial planning products more and more. This requires that commercial banks should not only understand the needs of customers, and according to customer needs to design the corresponding financial products. In order to understand the new period customer’s demand for financial planning products, commercial banks need to customers in certain investigation and research, having come to the conclusion, the customer segmentation, thus designed and suitable financial products, the greatest degree guarantee customer financial management of funds security, and achieves the purpose of increasing the value. Only in the full understanding of customer demand for financial products based on, to develop a more explicit difference competition strategy, according to customer demand for financial business operation; to execute financial product differentiation, thus the customer make difference in management.This paper reading based on the analysis of a large number of documents, the detailed analysis of the the numerous bank’s financial products, in particular, conducted a survey of customer demand and product design Shandong Laiwu City Commercial Bank financial products, through statistical analysis, customers’ financial needs and financial products designed concern related problems, such as differences in wealth management products, how to better meet the personalized needs of different financial customers carried out a detailed study and analysis, and finally raised commercial banks increase the market share of wealth management products, some of the presented measures, such as the design of financial products, users of financial management, employees engaged in financial products business training.This article is divided into three main sections elaborate analysis and appraisal related issues:The first part is the status quo introduced. By reading some literatures, as well as the analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature, combined with the actual status of the current bank wealth management products in China, I found some problems.The second part is the analysis and corroboration. I found the problem for the first part of the analysis by the form of the questionnaire survey and analyzed and summarized in the first part of the question.The third part is the proposed measures. The problems found in the summarized, the author’s suggestions, and hopes that these recommendations be able to sustain the health of the wealth management business of Chinese commercial banks to provide a reference or reference value.
