High Net Worth Customer Financial Products Design And Case Analysis

The decreased of bank loans and deposits interest balance promote commercial banks to develop new profit growth,one of which is the financial services.The continue deconomic growth of China has nurtured a large number of rich people,most of them has the demand of wealth management.The design of high net worth client financial products become an important way to help the commercial bank's development.However,the high net worth client's financial products design in China only has a short history with some issues.The issues limited the financial product's innovation.Therefore,How to develop the market of the commercial bank financial products and design financial products to meet the high net worth customers' demand is one of the key issues to be solved.In this paper,we analysed the present situation of the commercial bank financial products,then,we find problems about it.According to the cases analysis,we put forward some key points of the Private banking innovative financial products:The first point is about customer demand.The different risk preference of high net worth clients has different demand,therefore,based on customer demand is the basic point when design high net worth client financial products.The second point is about compliance.The strict regulatory requirements standard industry development.So all the product design should comply with the rules.The third point is about risk control.Finally,according to the problems existing in the financial market and high net worth client financial products design key points.This paper presents three inspiration of designing financial products for the commercial bank to meet the needs of high net worth clients.
